Getting help

Email admin@deductsam.com or use the form below. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. During the January–April filing season we answer support email seven days a week.

You do not need an account to contact us, and nothing on this page requires signing in.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

If you subscribed inside the DeductSam iOS app, your subscription is billed by Apple and must be managed in your Apple Account:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap DeductSam, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also do this from the App Store app, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you subscribed on the web, open Settings → Subscription in the web app to manage or cancel, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app — you do not need to contact us, and this works the same in the iOS app and on the web:

  1. Open Settings in DeductSam.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Tap Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently removes your expenses, receipts, invoices, income records, connected bank connections, and your login. It cannot be undone. Any active subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion; if you subscribed through Apple, also cancel in your Apple Account settings using the steps above, since Apple — not DeductSam — controls App Store billing. If you would rather we did it for you, email admin@deductsam.com from your account's email address.
